I have been a member since 1999 when SYC appeared in Nevada City. I am still with the club to this day. I depend upon the group classes since I am group oriented. I wish I were self motivating so I can spend time in the weight room. Anyway, I will be with SYC forever in my time.

I have been a member of SYC since 2004. I was a Fitness Director at a health club in Santa Monica, CA many years ago. SYC is the best equipped health club I have ever been in. The outdoor portion of the club is spectacular. It is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Having qualified trainers available is another plus for the club. And the cost of membership is reasonable. Parking is adequate as well. Great Club!!!!!
