Brian is a great spin instructor! I wore a mask but everyone else in class wore a face shield. It would have been nice to know that face shields were allowed as they allow participants better ability to breathe

So many things, It's so professional, Knowledgeable experts in the field of fitness and nutrition. It's Safe and Clean, friendly staff and the owners truly care and do so much to ensure our enjoyment and experiences. Also, I commend the owners for being so generous to others in our Community, they donate to many nonprofits and help kids and others in need. Great Classes and teachers. Your swimming schedule is not helpful to those of us who's doctors want them to have an hour swim for physical therapy. There should be exceptions made.
