I've been using gyms for almost 40 years in San Diego and Nevada County. SYC is by far the best gym experience I've had in a gym. The trainers are excellent and always ready to help when in a class or a private training. All of the employees that I know are helpful and remember my name. The equipment is great and always clean. When equipment breaks it is rapidly repaired. SYC fit well within our County's general culture. People are friendly, helpful and fun to be with at the gym. Basically, SYC is the best ever!!
