SYC staff are always friendly and positive in attitude. They always greet me coming and going. The facility is clean, nice looking, up to date and comfortable. I love the lap swimming. I can’t think of any negative aspects to the SYC.

Because the class Fit Jam is so uplifting and fun -every time. It is aerobic and exercises all muscles of the body, as well. The stretch class that follows is relaxing and stretches all major muscle groups. These 2 classes are addictive and have kept me going to the gym for decades.

I like the gym for it's cleanliness and Covid practices and the staff are always nice and helpful! My only complaint is that I wish the pool was warmer for the Aqua Fitness classes!
