I thought Rowen was a great trainer in the cross fit 6am Wed class. He showed enthusiasm and support for everyone and helped correct form consistently. Awesome Class!

There is room for improvement in the reservation system. I cannot even see Lane 4 in the system. I have booked lanes that have been mysteriously cancelled and someone else has booked the lane when I get there.hour reservations are ridiculous for serious swimmers. I have not had a similar problem when booking other classes.

Love the variety of classes and early morning class time options. Also love the child care! And tennis court!
