Bonnie has been a great introduction to the South Yuba Club - she made some astute observations during my assessment that were very helpful and is now she is working with me to develop a workout routine that will help me achieve my goals. As a new member my only disappointment was that there was no effort to provide a tour of the facilities or an explanation of services, and when I asked about it at the front desk they said no one was available to give a tour, nor did they offer to schedule me for a tour when someone might be available. I know you must be short-staffed, but I didn't even know where the locker room was. Bonnie is taking care of it, however, and has scheduled a tour for me on Friday .
