I didn't understand why they had Ethan in a shared lane with the elderly. Since then I believe I know why - for the steps. If that's the case then I would give a 10.

Definitely a 10 because of friendly and helpful staff, everything is clean, easy use. However, letting you know that a few new members did not know pool rules and jumped into reserved lanes.
