Because literally half the reason I signed up was for the hot tub and 1st day I went to use it, it was down for repairs. Guy who signed me up day before didn't tell me. Also the front desk staff seem completely clueless on how to do anything and have a laissez-faire attitude. Otherwise, it's a beautiful place!!!!

I have been through a series of gyms & this is the best on professional led classes that provide a good array of fitness in groups, small classes, personal trainer, etc. Everyone is friendly, and the building, machines, weights, etc., etc., are all in good shape and plentiful .... and more.
