Rebecca was amazing. I had severe hip and lower back pain and stiffness. After the session I felt some relief. After 1 day felt more relief. Rebecca also incorporated stretching and Chinese relief points to help relieve the pain. Rebecca does not clock watch and cares about relieving the pain and tightness.
