I really enjoy SoulShine Yoga. After my yoga studio in Encinitas I attended went out of business, I came here because it was a lot like the other studio. The vibe is not a fitness gym, thank goodness. It’s about yoga and keeping your awareness of our minds and bodies while practicing yoga. As having gone through yoga teacher training and have a yoga teaching career, this is something I really look forward to and cherish.

The studio's peaceful and loving vibe allowed my yoga practice to become much deeper allowing my body to transform into a stronger, more energetic and beautiful body that rubs of on my surroundings in a positive way:. I have more patience with the kids, cook with more love for the family and most of all I feel fully content. Just like the old 24 hour fitness ad: "It's the way we make you feel". I love the way I feel after yoga. No studio I have been to so far have me that feel.
