Great choice of classes for fitness, strength, pilates and yoga by fantastic and supportive staff and instructors at times to suit everyone.

It’s a nice environment with good facilities and friendly staff. Only downside is that it has become so popular that it can get a bit crowded in the sessions.
Soulfit has been a big game changer for me, physically I feel much better and mentally it’s been such a good boost! I know I’ll always feel better in every way after a class! Thank you for being great.
Soulfit is very close to my home and there's a great atmosphere. I like to do yoga in a group.
The class is very good, as is Cherry, the instructor.
