It gives you something to set your alarm for, esp in Lockdown! its given me a real sense of connection, physical invigoration and calmness. The team who run Soulfit are making a real difference in so many ways (Excellent value too). Well done to you all.

The teacher and the class was just really lovely. Personally I've struggled to motivate myself to engage during pandemic. It's taken me from March to November to join. And it was a perfect class and energy for coming back to yoga. The instruction was perfect and it just felt ok to be there on the zoom.
