Fabulous class and teacher - but the room is just a little chilly and noise from traffic outside is a little distracting. Lovely class and very friendly/warm welcome though - thank you!

Great teachers and a lovely calm environment
It's such a breath of fresh air coming to Soulfit and it feels very nourishing to my soul to be a part of it and I miss it when I've not been able to go.
Fiona is especially amazing at her job and is so committed which I admire. I think her and Giles are a great team and that together they have created a very special, beautiful space.
All of the classes I have tried have all been excellent and the various staff I have met who take the classes, all have their own unique style and are very friendly and talented.
Hannah is also lovely, as too are staff on reception.
I love the way the place feels when you enter and the ambience created, really is very calming and welcoming.
I am so impressed with how they have coped with this year & the lockdowns and how they have tried so hard to still give customer what they need mentally and physically, and constantly adapting to the situation. I'm so grateful to have Soulfit just down the road and I'm truly grateful to Fiona who has been so supportive and really helped me.
