I will always give Soulfit a 10 out of 10! One of the HIIT instructors was off on Monday, but instead of cancelling the class, Fiona took the bull by the horns and streamed a recording of a previous HIIT class for us all to take part in. It made us all accountable and means my week was still able to start with a bang! Thank you Fiona. You always look out for us. Jane x
