I did not attend barre classes for a month or so due to being out of town and dealing with some health issues. I was welcomed back with a big hug from the instructor and some of the others in attendance. Very heartwarming!

The instructors are all so welcoming. It's just a wonderful group of ladies. The workouts are challenging and fun with upbeat music. Instructors always offer options so anyone can feel comfortable while not aggravating an injury. Always looking forward to the next class. Thank you to all the instructors 💕
