Wonderful instructors with great personalities and attitudes. They are always working hard to push us to attain more. I love the new format with your Online classes and your ability to transition during the isolation orders. I have been able to continue working out just as I would if I were able to go to the studio. It is really important to me to move my body every day and your staff and classes allow me to do that. Thank you so much

The extra effort the instructors are putting into online classes, morning chats and check ins, and fun and encouraging videos is so supportive. Even in a time when we are not going to the studio they are making us accountable and giving us motivation for self care. Thanks Soul Barre!!
