My latest visit was the 4:30-5:45 class on Thursday evening with Hadley. Very happy with the mix of steady, strong, heat inducing movements and an excellent cool down with bolsters. Hadley is clear in her directions and I enjoy her teaching style. Hadley has a joyful quality in her teaching manner and appears to be happy in her practice. The class room is comfortable and refreshingly quiet. Soul is a wonderful studio.@
