My first session had tech difficulties, which is expected during COVID. What was unexpected was the generosity of Lisa in making things right. She demonstrated the true yogic spirit, and turned a disappointing experience into a positive.

I love Lisa’s Vinyasa Flow class! I’ve taken a few other classes from the other instructors, and they’ve all been amazing. I’d never done much yoga before visiting the studio, but Lisa made sure that I knew each of the poses the class went through. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. Plus the studio is gorgeous and has such a calming vibe to it! I’m so glad I was able to find this spot!
