There is no good, better, best place to practice. i chose this studio because i need to be in a community of like-minded "yogis in training." Now that i have found this welcoming place where i feel comfortable and that no one is "looking at me" to see whether or not i can achieve a "pretzel pose," i feel empowered. i love that Lisa and Hadley make me feel like long lost best friends. We all deserve to feel that way each and every day. It helps to quiet the mind and the chatter.
