I truly appreciate what Soul Yoga is doing for our community. It's not just a yoga studio ........ the work that soul yoga does in the community in terms of support for first responders, people in grief/crisis and people just trying to keep on going........... I am healthier and happier since I started doing yoga regularly at Soul. All the instructors are real people who speak their truth. Thank you for what you do for us.
