• This visit was my first to Soul Synergy and my first formal Kundalini Yoga class as well. The experience was superb. Will there be a regular Kundalini class?

• From check in to check out everyone was great! I can't remember the guys name that handled our checkin (he was dressed as a county asylum inmate) but he was sosweet and made great convo. Ms. Linda did an awesome relflexology massage. And the the checkout lady that just retired from law enforcement gave a greatrecommendation for oysters and convo. It was disappointing that no was wearing masks in light of the covid situation. But, my husband and I had ours on and hadthe salt cave all to ourselves. Everything was very clean and relaxing. We will be back again sooner than later.
