Small classes. Personal. Yoga specialists (as opposed to yoga classes within a gym). Understanding, kindness. Making it ok to take it easy when you need to. Encouraging modifications. Having a bit of a laugh too. Encouragement. Making it totally ok to focus just on yourself for that hour. Teachers who will openly tell you "oh it took me 9 months before I could do that" or "I can't do a headstand, even now". It's a warm, friendly group of people who've enabled me to really "get" yoga. I'm delighted at the progress I'm making. Please don't get too "corporate" - what you've got is fabulous xx
