I found the pace of Laura G's teaching spot on for me. I felt very comfortable to adapt poses. I found Laura's communication really thoughtful and full of quiet warmth. Loved the location, what an incredible building! There was a great rhythm to the class and I felt fantastic afterwards. I will definitely want to come back to Spetchley. Xxx
