Ian is Excellent and it was also a smaller group which is nice too sometimes and the additional time allows for more in depth learning of the practice x

Great class, loved the movement in the "yang" part moving into the gentle stretches in "yin" part. Lost one mark due to occasionally not calling move early enough and audience doing wrong move but that's only because I had my teacher training head on.
