I really enjoyed the class I attended - it was exactly what I needed & I felt amazing afterwards.

I like the amount of classes and events that are offered. I appreciate that there is a wide variety of classes as well. I like the vibe of the studio. My daughter's aunt, Chiara Stella, used to teach there, so l took a class, and now l visit SOY every year on vacation.
