The instructor great. He made sure each pose was accessable for everyone regardles of physical ability.

I suffer from terrible anxiety an this was my first time ever going to yoga! I never felt so relaxed an calm in so long that it actually brought tears of joy to finally to be able to take control of my thoughts an feelings that have been haunting me for so long.
