My instructor energy was very peaceful, the energy in the room was just right.. I will definitely be going again.
The space is really beautiful and calming, it wasn't intimidating at all. I liked that the class was small and the instructor led a nice flow and I felt well stretched and relaxed. Not a perfect score because I would have appreciated more feedback on form from the instructor (she didn't circulate or interact with us during the class) and perhaps a bit more of a challenge.
The people attending the class had great energy, the ambience of the place, the instructor's guidance and words of encouragement pushed the class through.
Very welcoming and relaxing, the instructor was very attentive to my needs, recognizing but not emphasizing my clumsiness. I will definitely return
