Everything about the class was perfect! The instructor was wonderful and the Ambiente uplifting!
The studio is beautiful, Shanel has created a really wonderful space to practice in. The teacher I had, Crystal was great. Her class was challenging and the flow was fun. She ended with a beautiful guided meditation that brought us into savasana peacefully
