The class created a supportive sense of community and helped me come back to my body and out of my mind, nourishing the spirit and allowing me to start my day on the right track.

It was a great class that a beginner, like me, could follow. If experienced, there were add ons to the poses. And it was very welcoming!
The atmosphere, the talent of the instructor. I would like it to move a bit slower but perhaps that is just the style of that class.
