I've really enjoyed the virtual classes and am excited to attend in-person classes once fully vaccinated. The content, flow, and queuing are all great!
The instructors are very professional here plus the vibe of this place is great. I have take a couple of classes here and found them to be a good mix of different styles of yoga.
