It's a great environment with many good variation of classes and workshops to attend. My mind and body always feels nourished and nurtured after a class there 💃🏿
Nell is such an amazing teacher who has the ability to help even first timers and not make them feel intimidated - I think this whole studio has a great vibe and I recommend anyone hesitate to give this place a try as uncoordinated as I am they made me feel comfortable.
