Really helpful process (I am a beginner), good combination of exercises, good environment and vibe.
The place has a lovely authentic feel. The two instructors I have shared sessions with were great. Beautiful manner and came away wanting more

I'm usually generous by nature . Let's say it was a 9 score since the ventilation wasn't perfect but the vibe of the place , the coach and the exercises were perfectly matched to my needs . It's also a close location - only at 10 mn walk from my place .

The yoga teachers are outstanding and the vibe there is amazing. It's a wonderful space to visit and practice in. I love it! ❤️namaste
