10 out of 10! I'm coming back today! Bec was an absolute gem and I can't wait to meet more of the yogi teachers!
I would say the align class is not a bad fit for me, I may want to challenge myself more in a few months, but the space is beautiful and the energy in the room was great! Can't wait for yin tonight!
