Exactly what I was looking for. A stretch that worked on physical, mental and emotional health 👍🏻
Everything about the practice was beautiful. I was very impressed. I just think the class was a tad too crowded. This takes a bit of the focus off yourself as you want to make sure you don't whack anyone. It's also a bit of a higher concern for me as I'm immune compromised.
