The space is lovely, felt so relaxed & comfortable. Bianca is a wonderful instructor, I loved the class. Perfect balance of strengthening as well as stretching.
I love the Yin class. The setting is tranquil, the leaders always informative and nurturing. I always feel better in myself afterwards.
