• (Love that you're capturing NPS scores.) I've been going to Kate since she was at Dass at Lenox, have always received an excellent haircut, and over the years have recommended her to many ppl. My wife now goes to her as well. Soren's new location is nicer and more spacious than the previous one. Also, parking is no longer an issue, which is great.
