The store environment , the anticipation of the clients needs - water already poured , let me know when Barb was doing and when she would get me, smile and good attitude of front desk, team effort- front desk helped Barb changeover the room quick- took the sheets so barb didn't deal with it, barb did her research of my former visit a long time ago, caring about clients needs and questions - and no rushing felt I was treated as preferred regular client
