• The staff is extremely friendly. They fully explain the procedures and offer suggestions for alternative procedures if there is a better option. They are very prompt, I have never had to wait. I would highly recommend to a friend!

• I love Sonterra! I have had the same technician for years (low turnover) and she really knows and understands my skin's needs. Follow their guidelines carefully for before and after procedures to avoid any complications. I've never had any complications with any procedure that I've had.

• I met with the physician assistant who checked my blood pressure, etc before meeting with Blake. She was so personable and knowledgeable, she made me feel so comfortable about the appointment. Blake, of course, always does an outstanding job, not only because she is so talented but also because she's so down to earth and thoughtful.
