• 1. The free consult and evaluation which included included the face evaluation through the machine. 2. Letty went over and above in explaining it very well and offered me samples of products you sell to help such as sun screen🍈 3. The doctor spoke with me about the results which made me feel more comfortable to do the procedure. 4. The staff was not pushy about making the appointment after my examination. They were well informed about how many weeks to out of the sun before and after treatment. They were all kind and professional. 5. Waiting time was excellent of my appointment time. 6. Letty wasted no time during the procedure and made sure I was fine by talking with me and addressing my concerns.
