• My call to the receptionist was great. She gave me a lot of options, asked good questions, and was able to quickly and confidently make suggestions I was ultimately set happy with. My masseuse was awesome. He made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything really well upfront and during the massage, so I would know what to expect and I was actually able to just fully relax. He was friendly but not unnecessarily chatty. I was having limited mobility in my neck but felt much better and had nearly full mobility when I left. He worked heavily on problem areas and inquired multiple times about pressure and comfortability level. When I was leaving I had to wait on an Uber and I didn't feel rushed out at all even though after I left I realized they were actually closed. All around it could not have been better.

• This was our first time receiving a couples massage service from Sonoran Serenity Spa. It was my teen granddaughter's 1st. We both were very pleased with our therapists and the calming spa atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful, answering all our questions. My only request would be to have a printed menu of the services they offer, rather than needing to review them online.
