• I like the opportunity to experience and get to know new teachers guides and healers so small gatherings based on donation give everyone opportunity to find what they resonate with instead of jumping from one session to another, one center to another and paying for something that might not be a fit or might not be satisfactory at all and get completely discouraged. The self compassion session in particular for me was very enjoyable, very simple yet profound, conversation with dr Sodhi is very rich and stimulating yet easy to understand. He also is witty and funny. I have incorporated already today a lot from the self compassion guidance and it feels substantial. I will be definitely returning at some point to do individual session with him.
