• Visit and massage itself were great. There was confusion at front desk communication-wise around the pricing of my service, which I corrected, but I also got incorrect pricing about an add on and was informed after the visit (wouldn't have gotten it for double the price initially quoted.) My points were unable to be applied and it was unclear why, and I had to continually push for my full points balance to remain in acct since none could be applied, as I was told twice that I'd only have a portion of points remaining despite inability to apply any! I also asked about how gift cards work (can you roll over to another visit or must use in full within 1 visit and forfeit the rest) and the answer I received was "it depends on the amount" which is vague and didn't answer my question.
