• I really enjoyed my massage with Jenny, but when I came back home from my facial with Faiza, I still noticed makeup on my face, so she didn't cleanse it properly. Additionally, I appreciate when the esthetician lets you know what they're putting on your face while they're doing it. Faiza just put things on my face without a warning or explanation. For example, she put a mild face peel that started burning without giving me a warning

• I had an amazing experience at Somatic for my prenatal massage. The masseuse took her time and made me feel super relaxed

• The time is too short , needs more pampering, eg when applied the face mask, at least there should be a 5 mins relaxation with a little neck and shoulder massage . Hope that helps
