• My daughter and I took our first reformer Pilates class with Lise. She was very informative and observant. She was quick to notice when our tension needed to be adjusted. Because my daughter and I both exercise, she increased the activities so we would feel the benefit from it. Due to our excellent first class, we can't wait to take it again!
