• Sometimes it isn't easy to make time to go to Soma Cura classes, but I am always glad after the effort as I am relaxed and my whole body feels good. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and the teachers are considerate of all our differences and levels.

• Just walking into Soma Cura lifts my spirit! I take wonderful yoga classes there and enjoy the infrared sauna as well as massages and overall good cheer from those who teach and work there. There's a great boutique there too, with yoga clothes and supplies and so much more! I highly recommend!
