• Two small improvements to get to a 10: -Entry area could be calmer. Desk staff was moving around the room very quickly, and a group of guests were talking very loudly. -Masseuse could have said goodbye/followed up after I came out of the massage room. They usually do, so I may have just missed her if she had back-to-back appointments.
