  • Barbara explained why I hurt and gave me advice on what I can do to help myself. Lot better than the chiropractor. I have another appointment on the 18th and I'm really looking forward to it. I like hiw nice Barbara is too. Tell her I'm drinking lots of water, and using the elliptical a couple of minutes a day.
