I really liked everything! The new studio has a modern "spa" vibe that I enjoyed a lot. The studio is well organized, clean, and easy to use. I felt welcomed and calm when I arrived. It will be even better when you get the mirrors and sound system in your new space, but I still had a relaxing and intentional practice yesterday. The instructor struck a great balance between effort and relaxation. I am familiar with vinyasa yoga and was able to recognize many of the poses and flows, which allowed me to relax and anchor deeply into my practice. Can't wait to experience it again next time I'm in Clemson!
