Solshine has changed my life! I've always worked out. Such as, running, kick boxing, weights and circuit training. Nothing has ever worked like yoga! At Solshine everyone is family! And that's what I love about it. I would recommend Solshine to whoever wants to be a part of a great community/family. I'll never go back to working out any other way.
