I have absolutely loved all of my classes except one of the instructors. In that one class, it wasn’t organized, didn’t feel planned, lights were on the entire time and didn’t feel like a good workout. All of my other experiences though have been outstanding and I will continue to come.

The studio is very clean and organized and well laid out/user friendly. All of the staff is very accommodating. There is a nice array of classes offered. Megan Cato is a phenomenal instructor. So many great things about Solshine
